With its prime seafront location and smart new interiors, Granger Bay Restaurant at the Cape Town Hotel School, part of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology looks set to offer an affordable, top notch dining experience for Capetonians this season. The 90-plus seating restaurant includes an outdoor terrace with uninterrupted sea views as well as a spacious indoor area, the sophisticated Alumni Cocktail Bar and Coffee Lounge with a cosy lounge with a fireplace and couches, and the restaurant itself.
In a unique restaurant setup, although there is a core permanent staff complement at the restaurant, the rest of the team at this sophisticated new Atlantic Seaboard space is formed by students from the renowned hotel school, the oldest in the city.
